Application procedure

Application must be made online (no application fee).

Several admission sessions are scheduled between late November and early May (Final deadline on 30 April). Applications received after this date will not be considered unless a new deadline is announced on the top of this page.

Early application makes it easier to solve scholarship and visa issues before the course starts in August.

1st step: Create an account, fill out the form and upload the required documents at your pace

Please DO NOT create several accounts as the processing of your application will be delayed.

Once you have created your application account (with corresponding ID and password), you will be asked to fill out the different fields and upload documents. This can be done during one or more sessions on our website before you decide to validate the entire application.

You will have to upload scanned copies of these documents (JPG, PNG or PDF files only, up to 500 KB each, except for transcripts of records and syllabus: 2 MB):

  1. Recent photograph (JPG or PNG only)
  2. Copy of passport data page (photograph page) (PDF, JPG or PNG)
  3. Curriculum Vitae (PDF, JPG or PNG)
  4. Letter of recommendation n°1 (if not confidential)*
  5. Letter of recommendation n°2 (if not confidential)*
  6. Certified transcripts of records (one file only for overall higher education, max. size: 2 MB)
  7. Detailled syllabus (programme) of your Bachelor course (max. size: 2 MB)
  8. High school degree certificate
  9. Bachelor's level degree certificate (if available at the time of application)
  10. English language test document (if available at the time of application)

Please note that documents can be either in English, Spanish or French.

Some students find it difficult to upload documents mainly because of file sizes and/or formats. If you want to make sure evrything is fine before you start your application process please visit our FAQ.

* If the letters of recommendation are confidential, please use postal mail (see address below).
Instructions for recommendation letters:

  • Referees' details must be indicated on letters:
     - Position or title (Head of Department, Director, Professor, Manager, etc.)
     - Postal adress, email address and phone.
  • Referres must sign the letters. Unsigned recommendation letters will be discarded.
  • At least one letter of recommendation must be written by one of your professors, the second one can also be issued by a professor or a corporate supervisor in a company (letter written by colleagues with an equivalent position are not accepted).

The use of forged/fake documents will lead to a rejection of the application.

2nd step: Send documents by post if admitted

Results are posted by email and online. Once admission is ensured, official documents must be sent by post for validation to Telecom Bretagne (see also the FAQ section):
