They passed with flying colors all the selection stages to enter the Fondaterra SFR Campus Green ICT contest and will have their final presentation May 25 in the SFR auditorium (Paris) in the presence of Catherine Larrieu, Head of the delegation for sustainable development (CGDD).

Cristina Oprean George Todoran, Philip Nuzhnyy and Ewa Janczukowicz, 3rd year engineering students at Telecom Bretagne, have worked since November 2010 on a proposed IT solution which they have named Digital Bamboo. The aim is to reduce by 30 to 40%, the amount of paper related to the printing of course materials. Let us be confident that, May 25, they will be able to convince the jury of expert personalities from the field of Sustainable Development and Information Technology and Communication (ICT)! The “Grand Prix” winning team will be awarded a prize of € 10 000 and benefit from the help of Fondaterra for the implementation of this project on campus. Other winning teams win study tours and mobile terminals.
