Sudhir Ponnuswamy (MSc student), Isabelle Kraemer (3rd year engineering student), Arnaud Rinquin (3rd year engineering syudent, sandwich course), Tony Flaadt (3rd year engineering student) will integrate the program allowing them to occupy three different positions over 5 years in the Orange group. What is the “Graduate program”?
This program is a device designed to recruit young graduates (bac +5 years in further education). It aims to rapidly develop the potential of young employees by integrating them into a program of coaching (tutoring, mentoring, monthly conferences with managers, training, career advice …). Each year, 60 people are recruited and then occupy at least 3 different positions within the first 5 years with the Orange group. There are many possible locations: Paris, Toulouse, London, Warsaw, Madrid, New York, Beijing, Santo Domingo … and several types of positions: head of marketing strategy for portals, business analyst, project manager for mobile applications, network security engineer, product manager, VoIP consultant.
