Exchange students - Application procedure

Exchange students who wish to study at Telecom Bretagne should first contact the International Office at their home institution. Once they have been nominated by them, they should fill in our application form:

and send it by e-mail to:

(Degree students should send the application by e-mail and by post.)

The following documents should be included:

  • Letter or email of nomination from the Coordinator at the home university
  • University transcript, detailing all exams taken in higher education
  • Curriculum Vitae with bare headed photo
  • Letter of motivation
  • Photocopy of the Identity Card or Passport
     

Deadlines for receiving applications

Autumn semester: 15th May
Spring semester: 15th November 


Once the students have identified the courses they want to study at Telecom Bretagne, they must fill in the Learning Agreement and send it to our International Office (see above).

Autumn semester: 15th June
Spring semester: 15th December
 

Academic Calendar

The academic year at Telecom Bretagne is divided into two semesters. 
The autumn semester starts at the beginning of September and ends mid-January.
The spring semester starts at the beginning of February and ends at the end of June. 
 

Courses available for exchange students

In French:

Master of Engineering - Telecom Bretagne

Students must have sufficient skills in the French language to follow classes (a level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is recommended).

In English:

Intensive French course

A 3-week intensive French course is offered to exchange students every August. French lessons are also organised during the academic year.
 

Accommodation

All our students are offered the possibility of campus accommodation in the student residences (Maison des Elèves - Maisel).
 

After the admission

Students admitted to Telecom Bretagne will be sent an access to our "Welcome Application" to help them prepare their arrival.
